Our Post–Transition Consulting Program is designed to help the Doctor successfully transition the staff, the patients and the good will of the practice while building a steady flow of new patients into the practice. The Transition Consulting Program is designed to help the new practice owner take control and manage the business and financial aspects of the dental practice. The program is highly customized with four distinct phases: analysis, plan presentation, implementation and monitoring. You will receive the support of Consultants who have counseled and managed several hundred transitions over the past 14 years.
A Proven Transition Program: Our program is complete with transition milestones, scheduled meetings, team verbal skills training, doctor and team mentoring, and practice monitoring. Monthly tactical objectives will be set, implemented and monitored.
Practice Analysis: A comprehensive, documented analysis of the strengths and opportunities of the acquired practice will be done: an analysis of the practice cash flow cycle with recommendations to increase the efficiency of the practice; and a review of the fees. Scheduling, recall, A/R analysis & control will also be addressed.
Staffing: A staff assessment will be conducted with recommendations for improvement. Cutting Edge Practice Consultants will recruit, assess, and interview new employees upon request.
Marketing Program: An aggressive Internet and print based marketing program will be designed to transition your patient base and dramatically increase your new patient flow. Marketing will include such things as a demographic profile of the practice, a series of post-transition correspondence and internal, external and social media marketing programs that will enhance your visibility in the community. Customer service training will also be provided. Marketing & advertising design is included: logo, stationery, website or microsite, postcard, Facebook, print ads, brochure, and much more including SEO and SEM.
Doctor Coaching: Working hands on and in tandem with the doctor to manage the transition of the practice, patients and staff while initiating practice growth opportunities.
